About Dan Pitkowsky - Owner/Founder
What do you get after 20-years of education, 8-years of consulting, over 25-years of industry bumps, bruises and successes, years of contributions to community, and a genuine desire to help others.
A Founder with tremendous knowledge and experience that has the passion and drive to help small businesses and community.
As a good student with sound family values, I stayed focused on my education and earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Most of my experience has been growing companies organically and through acquisition, achieving revenue and profit objectives for Startups to Fortune 100 companies. Results include growing a private-equity owned medical device company 3x in three years, a private-equity owned digital printing division 14x in four years, and doubled a publicly-traded medical device division in five years. I have been a small business President and co-owner with $1.2MM in revenue and grew it almost 10x to $11MM. The one thing that remained steady throughout my career has been my passion to develop people through mentoring, coaching and challenging them and the business to grow. In parallel, I have been a leader in my community, volunteering at my affiliated religious organization and community events. Most recently, I joined the New York Angels, an Angel Investing group that mentors, coaches and financially supports young startup entrepreneurs.
